This self-install product will offer Itron Riva customers a real-time engagement customer journey with disaggregation on the edge. The customer engagement service is hosted on a private instance of the NET2GRID disaggregation platform within your own AWS environment. The real-time data collected never leaves your environment.
This demo is particularly beneficial for utilities in states with stricter security regulations, as there is a mandate for utilities to gain their customers’ consent in using their data by having them self-install the SmartBridge. When this is done, all data is available in the LAN via a local API.
