NET2GRID was founded in 2011 with the mission to build an ecosystem of devices and services to drive energy efficiency and savings at home while helping utilities worldwide to; improve customer engagement, increase NPS, reduce churn rates and reduce the cost to serve. At the core of our services are our NILM algorithms that are capable of disaggregating the energy bill in individual appliance consumption level and determining their energy efficiency.
NET2GRID offers low-cost, cloud based solutions connected to a Service Delivery Platform. Our extensive portfolio allows us to operate in Europe, US, Australia and Canada while our unique ground truth datasets allows us to achieve >90% accuracy. NET2GRID hardware supports a range of communication protocols, such as Zigbee, WiFi, BLE, LoRa, M-BUS.
Our sophisticated energy insights platform comes with a user friendly mobile app (Ynni) that offers; appliance itemisation, energy disaggregation, personalised tips, gamification, and bill prediction that prevents customers’ bill shock.
NET2GRID operates offices in Zeist (The Netherlands), Thessaloniki (Greece) and Germany.

You have a technical education in electronics/ IT. You are service minded and have excellent communication skills.You are a self starter and love to work in a changing environment. You are a social person and a team player. You have experience in coordinating roles in a customer service environment, preferably in the energy sector or another B2B-area. You have a basic understanding of project management principles.
