Your role


You are an individual with excellent communication skills since you work directly with employees across the organisation to understand their needs and ensure all employees can work as efficiently as possible. You also need a solid technical understanding of information systems to address issues across the organisation.


Who you are


  • Familiarity with Linux, Windows, and various platforms

  • Creating user accounts and performing access control

  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluency in English

  • BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Nice to have


  • Two years experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is a big plus
