Product Manager

Your role

  • You will support the strong growth of NET2GRID’s business through ownership for our B2B solutions that we license to residential-focussed energy suppliers.

  • You will translate customer needs into concrete product development epics and take end-to-end responsibility for your respective product within the complete lifecycle, while you consider technical, UX design, business intelligence and commercial aspects.

  • You will define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, understand NET2GRIDs strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry.

  • On a daily basis you will work with local and global solution development colleagues, analyze market needs and develop with NET2GRID regions the energy insight, forecasting and home energy management services of the future that our energy company clients bring to the consumer market.

  • You will help maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where creative solutions are the norm. You will report to the Head of Product.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, economics, informatics, engineering or similar field.

  • Experience of +3 years in Product Management and/or Product Design

  • Experience working collaboratively with product owners, engineering, design, operations, and customer research teams

  • Critical thinking/analytical experience

  • Experience presenting to senior executive audiences

  • Relevant professional experience in the area of electric mobility / home energy management / smart home / telecom / consumer electronics / SaaS products.

  • Proven capabilities in product development and innovation.

  • Proven to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.

  • Experience in project delivery in an international setting is a plus.

  • Strong B2B customer orientation.

  • Self-starter, with ‘can-do’ results-oriented attitude and drive to deliver growth with / through the regional sales businesses and customer success team.

  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.

  • Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills at operational levels.

  • Ability to keep the overview, but also have an eye for detail in commercial and technical topics.

  • Ability to create product documentation with high level specifications.

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a consumer focused technology company that delivers B2B SaaS products

  • Experience with lean startup and stage gate innovation processes

  • Experience building 1-2 products, platform/ecosystem products, or SaaS products
