Your role
As part of the Marketing Communications team you will contribute to both External and Internal communications work. Indicatively, you will:
External Communications
Develop online content for our website and social media accounts
Develop and maintain marketing material
Report regularly on website and social media traffic using analytics tools
Contribute to the company’s participation in industry events
Drive partner marketing activities
Internal Communications
Maintain and curate the company’s Knowledge Base
Be responsible for organizing the monthly Company Update Meeting
Help organize the Great Place to Work Survey and take follow up action
Help put in place policies to improve internal processes around communication
Contribute in the implementation of the Employee Value Proposition strategy of the company
Marketing
Work on a Multichannel approach to promote NET2GRID content
Reuse content in different channels
You’ll work directly with the Marketing Communications team and you will be reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications.
Who you are
Native-level English language skills (written and spoken)
International working experience
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, or similar
5-8 years of relevant work experience
You are able to translate complex industry issues into clear-cut content using compelling storytelling
B2B Marketing experience
SEO and Google Analytics savvy
Familiarity with CMS and website management tools
Problem-solving and proactive attitude
A motivated self-starter and able to work in an organized manner
Empathic and communicative skills
You are a real team player but still able to work independently
You are used to collaborating with colleagues across different departments and you are able to communicate and present your ideas in a clear way.
Nice to have
Affinity with the retail energy sector including topics such as energy transition or smart home.
