Key Account Manager

Your role

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts,

  • Developing a business growth strategy that increases the number of connected users on our platform,  jointly with key accounts,

  • Developing lasting relationships with key decision makers within the account,

  • Achieving revenue growth targets for the account portfolio,

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,

  • Generating and closing of up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Who you are

  • Master degree or equivalent,

  • Proven track record in building strategic and profitable relationships in a B2B software business,

  • Be comfortable addressing C-suite executives as well as operational managers across the organization of your customer,

  • Deep understanding of the energy retail market and software business,

  • Strategic perspective, able to orchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with a mutually beneficial strategy (Win-Win),

  • Proven ability to sell on value in both strategic and financial terms,

  • Excellent communication/presentation and negotiation skills,

  • Enthusiastic and passionate, self starter,

  • Fluent in English (oral and written).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Pipedrive) is a plus,

  • Proficiency in another European language,

  • International traveling necessary, COVID-19 allowing.
